We intuitively seek to understand, to know how, to know why our reality works the way it does. Or at least the way we perceive the way it works. As we seek this deeper science, excitement in the pursuit and joy in the obtainment of discovery, overwhelms. When we respond to this natural desire we slowly gain an ever clearer understanding of our relative place in it all.

Heading down this road of understanding, it becomes immediately apparent that the more we understand, the more we realize how much we do not. The understanding of one thing necessarily uncovers more things requiring an even deeper understanding, ad infinitum. We naturally seek the horizon which, can never be caught.
